I have to say that at the beginning I was sceptical. We bought and sold places before and those were not the best experiences in dealing with agents. So, I was very tentative and maybe at times especially early on a bit too much up-front with my scepticism. But Lola was a pleasure to work with, and now I consider Lola a very good friend of ours. I think her biggest asset is the ability to listen. I think she had a very good idea what we were looking for when we were hunting for a new place. The sale of our Townhouse was simply put amazing. She gave us a list of suggestions to do ... and we followed it up to the letter. I secretly swore at Lola couple of times when moving out some of our heavier items in "de-cluttering" exercise. It was worth it! We sold our place 35K more then the identical unit right next door only week after their sale, with 20K above asking price (22K to be more exact). Our place was priced perfectly and presented itself great. I almost wanted to say to Lola ... "we like our place too much ... we are staying J". I would recommend Lola to my family and friends, no questions asked.

Hi Lola,
We are all moved in and my old place has been rented out with a signed contract and first month of rent paid, I can finally relax. It has been one crazy month.
Anyway, I just want to say thanks a lot for the help, chances are that if you didn't tell the other realtor to give us a courtesy call we would've lost the place. Great call.
By the way, I don't know if you've heard my name from some of your clients, but I've been recomending you to everyone in my office here. :)

As for Lola, we really have something to comment. In the past year, she has successfully sold two houses for us. being a Realtor, we think , she really has been doing what she promised, "simply give me a call and I will look after every detail for you".
She worked not only as our realtor, but also our adviser, counselor, best friend, and representative. Dealing with some trouble we met with our insurance company and the government, she represented her rich knowledge, high intelligence, acute analysis, and flexible technique. Working with her and her team is, certainly, a pleasant experience.
As a friend, she is not only amazing, informed, and organized, but also accomodating. we really appreciate all she has done.
Being real estate investors, we, surely, will sell (we still have two houses at hand now) and buy houses in the future. We would like to ask her to do it without any hesitation. And we are also very happy to introduce her to our friends whenever they want to buy or sell houses.
